I'm frustrated with Dreamwidth image options. I want to post my drawings and I was successful a couple of times. I don't know what I did right. In the FAQ Dreamwidth says only pics that are hosted somewhere else on the net can be posted. If this is true how did I manage the first couple? 
Has anyone figured out any workarounds?

You can also host your image on Dreamwidth, up to 500mb with your free account.

Sometimes the images you upload are too big if you encounter this, in the page of your images in dreamwidth there is a drop down to select different sizes which dreamwidth automatically resizes and creates a link for you to use.
